My approach

I create workshops where everyone feels they belong and have something valuable to contribute - not just the ‘creative people.’ It’s essential that participants see their time in the workshop as useful and don’t feel stressed about being away from their ‘more important’ work.

I achieve this by carefully balancing group dynamics, clearly communicating the session’s goals and expected outcomes, and using a zero-cringe, playful approach that encourages enjoyment and active participation. When people are relaxed and engaged, they contribute more effectively.

Throughout the session, I keep the focus on ‘getting stuff done,’ ensuring that the team feels their time is well spent and productive.
